The supination resistance test is something I started teaching in my clinical biomechanics boot camps since for so long that I can not even remember how long ago it was! It still surprises me how many people are not familiar with it. I blogged about it extensively on my running blog back in 2013. There are lots of threads on it on Podiatry Arena. Despite that and the efforts of so many others, there are many who have not heard of it, let alone use it clinically. Some even get taught that its not a useful test – they all agree that is a very useful test once they learn about it and start applying it clinically!
